EASY Peach Cobbler Pie

-4 cups of chopped peaches;

-1 stick of unsalted butter;

-juice of 1/2 a lemon;

-2 cups of sugar;

-1 cup of all purpose flour;

-1 tablespoon of baking powder;

-1/4 teaspoon of salt;

-1 cup of milk;

Baking Instructions:

1. Preheat over to 375 degrees celsius;

2. Place baking dish in the over with 1 stick of unsalted butter until it melts;

3. Boil 4 cups of chopper peaches, 1 cup of sugar, juice of 1/2 a lemon on stove;

4. Whisk together 1 cu of all purpose flour, 1 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1 cup of milk;

5. Once the butter has melted take it out of the over, pour the batter in (DO NOT MIX), pour the peaches on top (DO NOT MIX);

6. Bake at 375 degrees celsius for 40 minutes or until golden brown;

7. Let cool down and serve with ice cream or alone!
